Drinking Chocolate (Non alcoholic Cocoa Coffee mug)
Description
Heat the cream and milk with the cinnamon and vanilla pod very slowly for 15-20 minutes. (If you don't have beans, add 1-2 teaspoons of vanilla after heating.) Remove the beans and cinnamon. Add the chocolate. Mix until completely melted. Serve topped with some very thick fresh whipped cream. Serve 1 or 2 servings depending on how gluttonous you are. For richer chocolate, use 4 oz milk, 4 oz cream, 4 oz chocolate. Serve in a coffee cup.
