Mango Mojito (Alcoholic Cocktail Jar)
Description
Squeeze the juice of 1½ limes and blend with the mango to obtain a smooth puree. Cut the rest of the limes into quarters and then cut each slice in half again. Place 2 lime wedges in a tall glass for each person and add 1 teaspoon of powdered sugar and 5-6 mint leaves to each glass. Mash everything together with a masher or the tip of a rolling pin to release all the flavors of the lime and mint. Divide the mango puree between the glasses and add 30ml of white rum and a handful of crushed ice to each one, stirring well so that everything is mixed. Top off with sparkling water to serve and garnish with more mint, if desired.
