Melya (Non alcoholic Coffee / Tea Coffee mug)
Description
Prepare espresso coffee. In a coffee mug, place 1 teaspoon of unsweetened cocoa powder, then cover one teaspoon with honey and drizzle it into the mug. Stir while the coffee brews, this is the fun part. The cocoa seems to coat the honey without mixing, so you get a powdery, sticky dough that looks like it will never mix. Then, suddenly, presto! It looks like dark chocolate sauce. Pour the hot espresso over the honey, stirring to dissolve. Serve with cream.
