Description

Shake the mixture of scotch whiskey, lemon juice, honey syrup and ginger syrup with ice. Strain over large ice into a chilled rocks glass. Place a smoked scotch on top (be sure to use a smoked scotch, such as an Islay single malt). Garnish with candied ginger.
